Well firstly i must apologize for being a little slack since June. Allot has been going on. After Winternationals Dion got the car back together. and for those that seen it a the 400 Thunder event it was sounding pretty spicy. Dion updated a few things on the car from the gearbox-electronics and engine. Let's say that it seemed like it was looking like a fairy-tale weekend. The car seemed to like the changes. What a weekend of ups and downs. Things did not go as planned and we had a few issues with the car. Friday Dion and the team were pumped. From testing in the pits everything was looking good. Initially the car took off well and was on a pass, it then nosed over just over half track. A quick inspection resulted in something we have not ever seen. The rear sprocket of the cam which is for the Cam angle sensor decided not to be part of the camshaft. This resulted in catastrophic

This weekend on Saturday 22nd May is the Sydney Jamboree. The weather os looking good for some racing. Dion and the crew will be there with the pro car from Thursday testing for Saturday's event. Pushing north of 2000hp with all the new goodies this shall be epic. This is one beautiful car that showcases what Dyno-Mite Performance is all about. Dion and the Dyno-Mite Crew are heading to Willowbank Raceway on the 11th-12th of December. Finally after the restrictions easing and no sooner than the Qld border opened the tickets were booked. After Jamboree in March Dion had his car transported to QLD for the possibility to go race at Willowbank seen as things never went to plan at Jambore. Rain got the better of us all. Way back in 2015 the plan was for Maria to make RIPSS the quickest street XR6 Turbo in Australia. Seems so long ago and the car has come a long way since 2005. Not only the quickest it is the first street XR6 turbo to be in the 7's 1 year ago and it was mission accomplished. Since becoming the first street XR6 turbo to be in the 7's, the car has had some sweet upgrades and we all know it now makes a healthy 2200 hp taking out Street Machine Summernats horsepower heroes 2020.

Jamboree 2020 was good, bad, good then bad. The crew was back at the Sydney Jamboree and this year with Dyno-Mite Performance - DMP Racing bringing the pro car out after some major upgrades. Producing over 2000hp at the hubs and setting the HP record on the shop's dyno, coupled with a new transmission and many other small upgrades, it was back to the start to learn the new combo and Iron out any problems and move forward. If you watched the live feed the car had other ideas.

The pro car has been in hiding. Well not hiding. It has been gathering dust and getting some tasty upgrades. More will be shed at a later date. Why not try and get down to Jamboree in Sydney on the 14th of March and see for yourself.

After last year, and the up and down year that we had, Summernats 33 was just what Dyno-Mite Performance needed. After installing our designed billet intake and some small upgrades RIP SS headed to summernats 33. Let's just say that we knew that before the end of 2019 that RIPSS was going to make over 2000hp as it spun up on the dyno to dial in the 12 new injectors and test the new billet manifold. After a few hits it was evident that he new combo was the right way to go. P

After all the events from July with the engine self destructing, Dion and the crew wasted no time to prepare a new power plant for RIPSS. With a new block acquired and back from machining only last week they wasted no time to assemble and get ready for the Brisbane Garret Jamboree. After many late nights on the weekend RIPSS was on the Hub Dyno once more. We all love Dyno Videos and the end result was rewarding for the Dyno-Mite Performance crew. Stay tuned for more to come

Maria was devastated after her original numbers block that matched her car cracked. After all the mayhem of Grudge Kings Testing and then for that to happen was gut wrenching. This weekend was supposed to be Grudge kings and we had RIPSS set on kill. Pre-Grudge kings Dion went meticulously over the car to ensure that it was ready for another weekend of racing for Maria. The Team was ready and as they left and a fair way down the road on Thursday, they announced it was cancelled. They kept going as there was a chance of private testing event if the weather was to clear up.Ready on Saturday and went to make a hit. Maria hit the burnout box

Maria Passos, RIPSS and the DYNO-MITE PERFORMANCE crew are heading to Grudge kings next month.

March 30th RIPPSS driven by Maria Passos smashed the 7 second barrier with her Dyno-mite Performance built car in full street trim still retaining IRS. With an ET of 7.969 at 184.57Mph this reset the record for the Quickest and Fastest full weight XR6 turbo in the country.
